Currently, no "off the shelf" software is available. We can provide you with a licence to use the tools that we use ourselves, which are based on excel input/output workbooks and computational engines written in C, run under a simple dialog window based interface for Microsoft Windows users or a Unix shell environment for MacOS X or Unix users.
